We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened essential oils and incense cones cannot be returned.
Starting a return. Email zenithsky2323@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide a return address and instructions within one business day. Items returned without contacting us first may not be processed.
Return shipping. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we pay return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer arranges and pays return postage; we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable where they applied.
Damaged or defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund, no return required.
