The basics
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- A few things cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened: essential oils and incense cones.
How to start
Email zenithsky2323@gmail.com with your order number and a line on what went wrong. We will reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
Return shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. If you have simply changed your mind, return postage is yours to arrange and pay.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Damaged on arrival
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full — no need to send anything back.
Exchanges
The quickest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
