Looked after properly, everything here should last for years. A few notes by product.
Mulberry silk pillowcase
Cold, gentle machine wash inside a mesh bag with a pH-neutral detergent, or dry clean. Hang to dry out of direct sun. Cool iron on the reverse if needed. Skip fabric softener and bleach.
French flax linen pillowcase
Machine wash cold with like colours. Tumble on low and remove slightly damp, or line dry. It softens with every wash. Skip fabric softener — it coats the fibres.
Textured corduroy cushion cover
Cold gentle machine wash, reshape while damp, air dry. Do not tumble dry. Zip it closed before washing so the teeth don't snag.
Volcano flame aroma diffuser
Empty any leftover water after each use. Once a week, wipe the tank with a little white vinegar on a soft cloth to clear oil residue, then rinse. Never submerge the base or get the air outlet wet.
Aromatherapy essential oil
Store upright somewhere cool and dark, with the cap closed — light and heat turn oils sooner. Three to five drops in a diffuser is plenty. It's for diffuser and aromatherapy use, not for undiluted skin contact; if any gets on skin, wash it off with soap and water. Keep away from children and pets. A wiped-clean bottle rim stops the dropper sticking.
Sunset projection lamp & astronaut galaxy projector
Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Keep the lens and vents free of dust. Run them from the USB-C cable supplied; any 5V phone plug or power bank works.
Rechargeable mushroom table lamp
Wipe the shade and base with a dry or barely damp cloth — no solvents, and never rinse it under a tap. Charge it with the USB-C cable supplied; a phone plug or power bank is fine. If you are storing it for a few months, charge it about halfway first, and top it up every few months so the battery doesn't sit flat. There is no bulb to replace.
Dimmable candle warmer lamp
Use with wax candles only, never gel. Let the wax cool fully before moving the jar. Wipe the bulb and shade only when cold. Keep the base on a heat-safe surface.
Flameless LED candles
Wipe the wax finish with a dry cloth. Remove the batteries if you're storing them for more than a month. Indoor use only.
Flameless LED taper candles with remote
Wipe with a dry cloth; the wax-look finish marks if you use anything wet or abrasive. Take the batteries out if they are going back in a box after the season, and keep the remote with them — it is the part that goes missing. Indoor use only, and they sit in a standard candlestick holder rather than being fixed in place.
Little Halloween night light
Wipe the silicone with a soft damp cloth and dry it — silicone picks up dust and lint. Don't submerge it and don't put it in a dishwasher. Charge by USB; if it is going away for the year, charge it partly first rather than storing it empty.
Wooden Christmas cottage light & Christmas scene lantern
Dust with a dry, soft brush or cloth — the wooden cottage should not get wet, and the printed lantern panels scratch if you rub them. Take the batteries out before you pack them away for the year; a leaking cell is what ruins seasonal decorations in storage. Keep them indoors and away from radiators and open flames.
Waterfall backflow incense burner
Let it cool completely, then brush the ash out of the channel and base. Use backflow cones only — standard incense won't flow downward. Keep it on a heat-safe surface, away from draughts and anything flammable.

Keep them somewhere dry with the pack closed; damp cones are hard to light and burn unevenly. Store them away from strong-smelling things, which they pick up. Burn one at a time on a heat-safe surface, never unattended, and let the ash cool before you clear it.
Jade roller & gua sha set
Wipe both tools with a soft cloth after each use and let them dry fully — oils and serum left on the stone dull it over time. An occasional clean with mild soap and cool water is fine; don't soak them and don't use hot water, which can crack natural stone. Keep the set in its pouch so the roller doesn't chip. For a colder tool, rest it in the fridge for a few minutes before use, not the freezer.
Stainless steel cooling globes
Rinse with cool water and dry with a soft cloth after each use so no product dries on the steel. Chill them in the fridge, or in a bowl of iced water for a minute or two. Don't put them in the freezer or in boiling water — extreme temperature swings can damage the seal. Store them dry.
Facial ice roller
Rinse the head under cool water and dry it after every use. Unscrew the handle to fill it with clean water, leaving a little room for the water to expand, and close it properly before freezing. Take it out of the freezer between uses rather than leaving it packed in frost, and don't pour boiling water into it.
Contoured 3D sleep mask
Spot clean, or hand wash in cool water with a little gentle detergent, then press out the water — don't wring the foam — and air dry away from direct heat and sun. Don't machine wash, tumble dry or iron. Let it dry completely before you store it flat.
Heatless silk curl set
Hand wash the silk rod cover and scrunchies in cool water with a pH-neutral detergent, or wipe the rod down with a damp cloth. Air dry away from direct sun; no tumble drying, no iron. Roll the rod rather than folding it so it keeps its shape, and clip the scrunchies to it so the set stays together.
