Where do you ship?
Worldwide, and shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 10–20 days. You'll get a tracking link by email within 3–5 days of ordering.
Why does it take longer than a big retailer?
We ship directly from our production partners instead of routing everything through a warehouse first. It keeps the price down and cuts waste. The trade-off is a few extra days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order is tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders within the US and most of Europe arrive with nothing more to pay. A small number of countries charge import fees on delivery, which are set by your local customs office and are outside our control.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Start a return by emailing zenithsky2323@gmail.com. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
Something arrived damaged.
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, no return needed.

Are the materials what you say they are?
Yes. Where we name a fibre, a momme weight or a certification, it's accurate. If anything ever falls short, tell us.

What can I pay with?
PayPal, credit and debit cards, and secure bank transfer. Every payment is encrypted end to end.
