How long does shipping take?
Every order ships free to 40 countries and is tracked the whole way. Delivery is usually 10–20 days after dispatch (a little longer for Oceania, Latin America and parts of Asia), plus 1–3 business days to prepare your order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to send something back unused. Email us first and we'll send the return address; once it arrives, we refund the item to your original payment method. If it arrived faulty or damaged, we cover return shipping.
Are you a real company?
Yes. Lindra is a small team, we ship to 40 countries, and every email is answered by an actual person — usually within a day. Our full shipping, returns and privacy policies are linked in the footer.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Add a note at checkout with a short message and let us know it's a gift, and we'll make sure no invoice or pricing goes in the parcel.
Do the face tools actually do anything?
Many people enjoy the cooling feel and the small ritual of it. They're not a medical device, and results vary from person to person. Five quiet minutes at the end of the day.
What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged?
If it arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@lindrahome.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking hasn't moved for 7+ days, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
