Shipping is free on every order, to 40 countries. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll tell you what we can do.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away and a tracking link within 3–5 days.
Delivery estimates
These are counted from the day your order ships, so add the 1–3 days of processing above.
- United States & Canada: 10–20 days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 days
- Other countries: 14–25 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs can add time.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email hello@lindrahome.com and we'll chase it.
Customs & duties
US and most EU orders arrive with nothing further to pay. Some countries apply import fees on delivery; these are set by local customs and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong address
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering if your address is wrong. After that the order may already be in production and we can't guarantee a change.
