Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our production partners. Tracking is emailed within 3–5 days of purchase.
Estimated delivery (after processing): United States & Canada 10–20 days; United Kingdom & Europe 10–20 days; Australia & New Zealand 12–22 days; rest of world 14–25 days. Estimates are not guaranteed; carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
Customs and duties. US and most EU orders arrive with nothing further to pay. Some destinations levy import taxes on delivery, set by local authorities and payable by the recipient.
Address errors. Notify us within 12 hours of ordering to correct an address. After production begins, changes are not guaranteed.
Lost shipments. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, email zenithsky2323@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
