Shipping policy

<p>Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped from our production partners. Tracking is emailed within 3-5 days of purchase.</p><p><strong>Estimated delivery</strong> (after processing): United States and Canada 10-20 days; United Kingdom and Europe 10-20 days; Australia and New Zealand 12-22 days; rest of world 14-25 days. Estimates are not guaranteed; carrier and customs delays are outside our control.</p><p><strong>Customs and duties.</strong> US and most EU orders arrive with nothing further to pay. Some destinations levy import taxes on delivery, set by local authorities and payable by the recipient.</p><p><strong>Address errors.</strong> Notify us within 12 hours of ordering to correct an address. After production begins, changes are not guaranteed.</p><p><strong>Lost shipments.</strong> If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, email hello@lindrahome.com and we will investigate with the carrier.</p>
