As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll get an email with your download link, and you can also download it from the order confirmation page.
Is there a download limit?
No — download it as many times as you need. We recommend saving a copy to your device or personal cloud.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, before downloading. Once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final — see our refund policy below.
Does the finance planner work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes, the .xlsx file works in both — upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets if you prefer.
Do the AI prompts work with any tool?
They're optimized for ChatGPT and Claude, but work just as well with any text-based AI assistant.
Refund Policy — Digital Products
Because our digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If you had a technical issue with your download (broken link, corrupted file), email us within 48 hours of your purchase and we'll fix it or resend the file at no cost.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been downloaded.
